Water Treatment Modules (WTM) Request for Proposals

The Grizzly Flats Community Services District (Owner) is soliciting bids for water treatment modules (WTM) to replace two (2) aging water treatment modules currently in use. WTM’s must have previously approved use in and by the State of California Water Board for the purpose intended. Manufacturer of WTM’s shall have an established service program that includes available technicians to assist with operations and perform repairs of the WTM, upon request by the Owner.

Any changes, additions, or deletions to this RFP will be in the form of written addenda posted on this webpage. Consultants must check the website for addenda or other relevant new information during the response period. The District is not responsible for the failure of any proposer to receive such addenda.

Due Date:  Proposals must physically be in our office no later than 2:00 P.M. on July 9, 2024. Electronic submissions are acceptable as long as they meet the deadline. Proposals may also be submitted using one of the following methods:

1. By mail to: Grizzly Flats CSD, P.O. Box 250, Grizzly Flats, CA 95636-0250; or
2. In person at: Grizzly Flats CSD, 4765 Sciaroni Road, Grizzly Flats, CA 95636.

This project requires payment of prevailing wages.
